Under Eleven Schoolgirls Division One

St Leonards  2  Tombrack United  3

Our Under Eleven girls are top of the league after they came from behind to take all three points away to St Leonards, making it three wins from three games. This was a thrilling game from start to finish with the home team drawing first blood in the first half and when they made it 2-0 early in the second half, it looked like it was not going to be our girls day. However, their never say die attitude saw Megan Hayes pull one back, then an equaliser from Eimear Roche and the icing one the cake when

Mikayla Tobin Cosgrave scored what proved to the winner with five minutes to go. Well done to Martin and the girls on producing what is without doubt one of the best results of the season so far

Under Eleven Schoolboys

Tombrack United v Gorey Rangers

Our Under Eleven boys have been playing really well in recent games and this morning came up against a group of players from Gorey Rangers who have also been very impressive over the past couple of years with both sides producing a very entertaining game

Under Thirteen Schoolboys Division Three A

Tombrack United  2  Kilmore United  3

A closely fought encounter saw Kilmore leave Ballyboy with an important three points that moves them into contention for the title while our lads will be disappointed not to have taken something from the game. The sides were level at the break with Darragh Breen scoring for Tombrack and although Kilmore started the best in the second half, scoring twice to lead 3-1, the lads never gave up and pulled one back through Ryan Hayes. However, despite going close on a couple of occasions, the elusive equaliser would not come and Kilmore held on for the victory

Under Fourteen Schoolgirls Division Two A

Tombrack United  7  Arklow Town  2

Our Under Fourteen girls finally got their season underway when they took on Arklow Town and came away with the three points after a 7-2 victory. The early part of the game was even enough but Tombrack pulled away in the second half to run out comfortable winners. Ana Dragusan was in good scoring form as she scored four while Zoe Tobin Cosgrave hit the net twice with Tara Kenny also getting her name on the scoresheet

Under Fifteen Schoolboys Division Three

Tombrack United  3  Cloughbawn AFC  1  (Abandoned at half time due to poor light)

A late kick off saw this game, scheduled for 3-30pm kick off, not kick off until close to 4pm and so the poor light and conditions saw the referee call a halt to the game at half time with Tombrack leading 3-1. The match will now most likely be refixed by the league at a later date

Wexford Football League Youths Division Three

Tombrack United  3  Enniscorthy United  0

Our Youths team recorded an important victory when overcoming league leaders Enniscorthy United 3-0 in Ballyboy and with games in hand on the teams ahead of them, our lads are well in contention for the title. An overall good team performance saw Kevin Kenny score twice with Aidan Mahon also scoring to remain unbeaten and record their third win of the season. Apart from the fact that the lads are scoring goals, he was especially delighted with the fact they kept a clean sheet and was high in his praises of the team overall

Wexford Women's League Under Eighteen Seven a Side

Tombrack United  4  Bree United  0

Our Under Eighteen girls made it two wins from two games and look to be well in contention to retain their title after they overcame Bree United 4-0, producing a strong overall team performance. Two goals each from Nicola Ryan and Shannon McGovern gave the girls the three points that moves them just behind St Leonards with a game in hand
